Just put down $1000 on my 2019 Laramie.

I'm wondering if they ordered it as a dealer item? I never got a POC, but rather just the Configuration Builder sheet. On the bottom it states a 1- Sold Order and Type of Retail....I have messages into the dealer to confirm.

I just called Customer Care and they said the vehicle isn't in their system yet and can take up to 4 weeks. This just seems weird so I've asked my dealer to investigate...

Got the VON from Dealer. Went to online Chat to get update and they said it might be too new and it's not in the system. I've received nothing about the VIN number....is there a different place to check instead of Online Chat?

Ordered my Laramie Black Appearance Package last Thursday and still don't have a VIN number. Is this a normal timeline? Looking on this site it seems that most people got one in 2 days.

Has anyone been able to find a video of either a Laramie Black Appearance Package or Sport with 22" black rims driving? Just ordered a Black Appearance Package and am considering aftermarket rims/ tire but I've never seen the stock ones in motion before. Thanks.

Just ordered my Ram on Thursday. The dealer applied their discount and then $1000 of rebates (Current Offering). When my truck comes in they will apply the new rebates if they are greater than $1000. If they aren't, they have guaranteed at least $1000.

Just ordered my Laramie Black Package...dealer agreed to buy back stock rims/ tires for 1K. @BZ23 Appreciate you helping me on this...now I just have to pick out the rims and tires:)

Just placed my order from dealer this afternoon. Think I got a decent deal. Got a $6500 dealer discount plus a minimum of a $1000 rebate. If the rebates are better when I take delivery I will get those.

Sorry for the dumb question but what size rims are the ones you bought? They look awesome but I can't go with such an aggressive tire for all my driving. My ideal scenario would be to sell back the standard rims/ tires and do some aftermarket 20". However, I've never bought aftermarket rims...
