They left mine out and I emailed them directly and received one within days. Try skipping the dealer. It does seem like they are getting behind as they gain popularity and deal with the global shipping issues that are affecting many industries.

Correct, but there are other items
In tech package as well. You can still see stuff from camera but it’s not very helpful.

I would think the safer way would be to open the windoors and put a strap through the opening on either end. I am pretty sure it weighs close to 200 lbs, so I wouldn’t trust hanging from the load bars.

Mine is hitch mount. I plan on building a cross bar with a wheel mount so I can carry bikes inside and lock them inside. I have a big 29er and it just barely fits with front wheel off. I think you could get 3 bikes inside as long as they aren’t all 29ers

I don’t have a photo with the OneUp on it since I take it off most of the time when I get home from a ride. I bought one of the wall storage systems from OneUp and it makes it really easy to store. My profile pic has the Smartcap on my Rebel. I am really glad I went this route, you do lose some...

It doesn't...
It was impossible to find dealers in Colorado who had them as a demo to look at. Rsi seems to take a few days to respond but will eventually get back to you. I think you need to find someone nearby to see it or take the plunge like many of us did. I have zero regrets, built great, unique look...
I had a RSI dealer in Denver tell me that the have had great luck and configurations with Rhino Rack crossbars. They claim that Rhino and RSI have had discussions about using Rhino stuff on RSI caps. I think it was this place.

I drop my tailgate with the door closed and locked. It won't drop with the button press of the FOB since the seal is pretty tight, and technically it would probably wear down the seal I guess. I have the MFT so I find my self swinging open the back and accessing the back that way even when back...
There is a company that sells replacement brackets for the MFT bed that makes them much less bulky and allows for better mounting. I bought them thinking I was going tonneau, I went Smartcap instead. They are still sitting in my office if you are interested.
