I've always wondered why some people think the 3.21 is sluggish off the line and I finally think I understand why. I have a no option Tradesman with 3.21 gears and it feels completely fine off the line. A Tradesman can weigh 700 lbs less than some of the top trims.
I think the weight of your...
Why is its coil spring rear suspension such a big deal? Dan Edmunds explains why

What is taking everyone so long? That’s what I continually ask myself each time yet another all-new full-size pickup comes out with leaf spring...
You make some good points about 2021s being more valuable to FCA at this point then 2020s, but I wonder if FCA has all of the parts necessary for 2020 models, let alone 2021s. If there are any mechanical changes to the 2021s, I wonder if they can't start 2021 production early, or even on time...
2 wheel drive trucks are cheaper to buy, maintain and run (mpg). Lighter weight means a little better hauling and towing. Finally, less FCA parts to go wrong.
I got a great deal on my 2wd because like you, most people in Ohio want a 4wd truck. Mine sat on the lot for over a year and a half...
Deals haven't been as good during the pandemic but as MSRP goes up, so does the profit margin. Why do you think Limiteds would have less room to negotiate than a cheaper model?
Settling for 1,500 in rebates on a 70k American truck is not a good buy.
I like these trucks, but the Limiteds are not...

If you read through the price paid thread it's not too rare to find Limiteds going for 25 to 30% off.
Maybe 15% for a factory order but off an in-stock vehicle Limiteds have a lot of profit margin.
No problem with your question. I've been following the big thread about "slight vibration" with around 900 or 1,000 posts. My story is not unique and very similar to most in that thread.
I'm glad to hear your vibration was resolved! What was the fix for your truck?
I had a similar defect in a Dodge Charger and they replaced it without question. My crack allowed moisture in and I noticed the fog before the crack. The technicians did scratch my paint replacing the light though, as well as left a pry tool in the trunk drain channel.
Who has gone through this process? Did you end up with a positive outcome or do you regret trying?
The highway vibration/shimmy is causing me to consider lemon law. The dealership has not been able to fix the issue. I fear the premature and uneven tire wear will be a safety concern for the life...
I tried searching other websites for answers and found a thread here https://www.ramforumz.com/threads/vibration-at-highway-speeds-has-anybody-found-a-fix.211394/ that highlights similar unsolved problems with the 4th gen trucks. Some people claim new tires helped and didn't help and the same...
Are there any recalls on the 5th gen 1500 that don't yet have a fix? I would think not and would assume they would not agree there is a problem unless they have figured out a cost-effective fix.
Every time I've ever asked for it the rate has been marked up to the maximum one percent. Several times I've asked how much they are marking up financing and they say not at all, and then I ask for the call back sheet and they have always had it marked up. Love cars, hate buying them. Looking...
In Ohio dealerships can mark up interest rates up to one percent. You can ask to see the "call back" information to see what interest rate is coming from the lender, compared to the interest rate offered by the dealership. This, like everything, is negotiable.
My 6-month-old Ram has also been in the dealership for over a month, but I think they need to be unable to fix the vehicle for lemon law to start being an option for you. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think it's an easy process and I think having an unfixable problem makes a big difference.
