I had this cover on my previous 2015 GMC. I liked the locking mechanism and the ability to access the front section separately, I miss that functionality often. It was very well made (heavy) and sealed up pretty well, at least as well as any of the covers I have had. I chose to go with an...
Since having a third pedal and a floor mounted manual is out, I'll take the knob. I've had column and console mounted shifters many times and still think the knob is the best for function and space. My wife's Acura MDX has push buttons which are confusing at times and mounted in the console so...
I've used Covercraft shades for my past 4 vehicles and have always been happy with them. This time I couldn't find one available yet for my RAM so I went with an Intro-Tech Ultimate Reflector and it's not nearly the same quality wise especially considering it was more expensive.
I believe at some point the price increased on the eTorque option in general. My truck is a 7/23 build date. Maybe the pattern for Limited models anyway is eTorque and 22" wheels.
I noticed something the other day looking at my window sticker, on the options list, slightly indented, right underneath the 5.7L etorque listing is an entry for the aluminum spare. I'm thinking eTorque Hemi's get the aluminum spare whereas Non-eTorque Hemi's get steel.
I was just thinking I haven't seen many around, I believe I have only seen two since I bought my truck on 08/31. Then this morning, I was at a stop light on my way to work and there were two other limited models sitting there along with mine. I guess folks around here are finally catching on...
Double checked mine last night, it is aluminum. Doesn't look like there is a pattern yet that determines why some trucks get steel while others have aluminum. I have the factory 22's without the off road package.
I've noticed this a few times myself while stopped at a light. Truck never turned off and oil pressure gauge was showing normal pressure. Once I pulled away, the tach moved as normal. It is almost like the gauges were told start stop engaged even though it didn't. I'm leaning towards a...
Made the same switch 2015 Sierra Denali to 2019 Ram Limited. Wouldn't go back for anything after years of GM loyalty. The only thing I miss is the power and gas mileage of the 6.2. So far my truck has been problem free with almost 4,000 miles on it. Price was too good for me to pass up so I...
33 gallon fuel tank for me. I have utilized pretty much all of the other options my truck came with, even some I wouldn't have chosen if I had special ordered my truck. Would have killed to have had the extra 7 gallons of gas on my trip weekend before last.
Trucks today can go as far as 10k on an oil change under the right conditions with the right oil. My previous GMC would typically go between 7,500 and 8,500 miles starting from the factory. Oils today are better than they were years ago. I see no reason why a 7 quart Hemi couldn't make 7,500...
This has been my experience as well. I love how smooth everything operates, I just wish I could see the advertised 17 MPG with city driving. Part of my issue is that it has been warm here for most of the time I have owned the truck and so the climate control has prevented start/stop from...
