I have the exact setup as you have. Yes I would love to know if we need that $20 cable and how it all fits together. I had my dealer pull part #s off a 2020 tradesman 2500 for radio, center bezel and outer vent bezel.
radio=68399198AF which is now replaced by 68428584AC.
center bezel=68340283AD...
When swapping the 5.0 with satellite radio to the 8.4 w/o nav do I need a special cord for the compass/satellite to work or is it plug and play? I have a 2020 tradesman with the 5.0 and satellite with single zone climate. I’m getting mixed responses from sellers. One said I need the cord and...
That’s what mine looked like. Eventually once I drove down to Florida and it was 80 every day it dried up though. Since they saw it in January and noted the repair order I was good.
Well I finally washed my truck last night. Temps weren’t that cold maybe 30s. Today it’s about 50 and no moisture so far. I guess the new headlights are the fix.
Well I finally got both of my headlights replaced last week due to dealer part backorder. Been cold here as well 10-20s and so far I haven’t seen anymore moisture. I haven’t washed it yet which will be a good test to see if any moisture comes back. Will post again once I wash it.
My ‘19 crew bighorn(3.21 gears)with 4K miles averaged about 13-14 mpg with lots of remote starts and idling, plus 4wd and crappy winter gas back home in NY. Just returned on a trip from Florida and was getting 22.5 highway if under 70 mph. 20.5 if over 70. City driving in Florida about 17 mpg...
My ‘16 1/2 ton Ram didn’t have. My ‘16 4500 Ram work truck doesn’t have it. A little condensation like fogging I understand but not dripping inside the corners of the headlights on a $50k truck is unacceptable. Even my dealership said that’s not normal. National back order on the headlights...
I have about 700 miles on my ‘19 with 3.21 rear and a soft bed cover. Averaging 12mpg(actual calculation not using computer). That’s with lots of remote start idling and winter gas. Think my ‘16 Ram did about 14 mpg under same conditions with 3.92 rear. I definitely did much better in the summer...
Well I was just informed from my dealership that the passenger side headlight is on national back order. There were 40 other dealers waiting on it as well. There is no expected delivery date as of today so obviously this is an issue. Maybe they issue a recall or some kind of fix.
Just picked up mine a few weeks ago and my tailgate wouldn’t open a few times. I thought I didn’t unlock all the doors but that wasn’t the case. Had to keep forcing it till it finally opened. I have an appointment to replace my headlights that have water in them so I guess I will mention this...
I just picked up a ‘19 Big Horn a few weeks ago and noticed condensation in both headlights. It is outside daily. If I put it in the garage they almost dry up. Went to the dealer and within 10 minutes they said yup no problem and ordered 2 new headlights. Going back on the 28th for warranty...
