They dealer took care of it under the covers warranty. Looks like they just cut the arm shorter.

There has been a lot of confusion with the BUG. I did not get it with my truck but it still came with the divider. But that was back in August and I think now you have to get the BUG to get the divider. I could be wrong though.

I wish it was that easy. The local speed limit here on the interstates is 55 and mainly straight so it takes a little longer to get where the speed limits are higher and have turns capable of replicating the problem.

Agreed. I am not aware of an update being done on the hvac previously.

I took mine in today and provided the tsb so they checked it and said mine already has the latest software. It is a July build so I don’t know how “new” this update actually is. I was hoping to at least cross this issue off my list.

Same here except I think mine is closer to about an hour so it is pretty much hopeless to get the dealer to replicate it. I was hoping @RamCares maybe had some more info they could pass to the dealer to get this resolved.

Took mine in for it today and only got a could not replicate.

Mine is doing the same thing. I don’t know how it is going to be able to be replicated for a fix. I also started noticing a burning smell from the engine compartment starting about three days ago too.
