He's not lying. I wasted money on two intake (vararam and Mopar top mount) with no gains in hp or mpg. It looks nice though. I drop in filter will get the job done.
Joe Fox (fox acoustics) is local to me in Louisiana and has pretty good boxes that fit good too. That are not high end, but are priced really good and perform good. I think you will be happy.

I've been using Zaino cleaner and conditioner on all my cars and trucks with leather for 20+ years with no issues. I also use it on my leather dash with no issue.
Just do a search on his name and read how he talks to other members. The guy has to have major insecurities the way he talks down to people. It reminds me of those kids playing modern warfare.
