Perfect; I was going to order another single row Rigid; but I may just toss this dual row in there as it's already paid for. Just need to trim the ends of the brackets to fit; and i'll repaint the ends and be good.
Bilstein makes good stuff. I went RC to give them a go. I plan to do Carli. But after the HVAC replacement and such it wasn't happening and my tires were toast haha. So far, Kit is great and no issues. Rides nice, Firmer and more sporty feeling. But not harsh. Some of that is being on a Load E...
Here she sits. 2” level for the front. ORP Ram Box springs in rear for an inch. On 295/60R20 Toyo AT3 rubber. I do have a 1/4 spacer as well. Only bent the Mopar braket for the front flaps a touch on the insides. Rides great!
I’m loving it. Prior. I did not much care for the loose soft ride...

Measured my 30” dual row curved. She’s 32.5” wide mound base to mount base. Not sure if she will squeeze. How much wiggle is in the brackets? Anyone have a 30” straight bar to measure?

295/60R20 Toyo AT3 with 2”level and 1” ORP rear springs.
Front barely rubs the OEM Mopar flaps. -----*****************Corrected by just bending the support brackets on the flaps
Should be able to fix that with a heat gun after work easy.

I was just going to mention the Suspension Maxx links. I just leveled mine and put new tires on it. I plan to recheck my torque on all of it but will likely upgrade to the ones for a leveled truck. I ran them in the past on my 3/4 and 1 ton diesels and they work and last
...First half ton I have only had 3/4 and 1 ton Cummins....I will say that's one of my top gripes. Then the small tank. But I have been living with it and working around it. Upside is longer items just go on a small trailer i have and the box isn't getting beat up much HAHA!
Just installed on my half ton; paired them with a set of V2 monotubes in the rear and swapped my rear springs (Laramie, no Ram Box) to a set of Ram Box ORP springs. truck feels nice and tight, will be getting aligned tomorrow and the 295/60R20 Toyo AT3 mounted as well. Only a few miles on them...
Never saw a list of the changes; just plugged her in and was notified it needed an update. Ran up date and has been working great.
Every 6 months or so I will check it just to see if there is any.
Looks good; I have my 2" front and the rear +1" ORP springs in, the 295/60R20 are being mounted friday with a fresh alignment. I have the factory rubber mudflaps.. hope it clears.
...I will say they run warm. But the Swain Tech "white lightning" coating you will not be burning off; if it did you would have melted motor parts for sure. Stuff is amazing.
Not sure what you're asking. I am on steel suspension, doing +2" up front with coil overs and swapping to an ORP rear spring for a +1" out back. And will run 295/60R20. Sounds like it should clear great with stock wheels and no trimming etc.
Did you bolt them on "raw" like their stock photo? When I get to the point of doing the headers, I will send them off to Swain Tech for the "white lightning" ceramic coating to keep heat down and prevent oxidation/etc.
