I believe that indicates that it had moved to the rail yard’s Auto Distrabution Center and is waiting on a Big Rig. I am in the same status.

Picking up my Ram 1500 on the 15th. My build Sheet does not include the Bed Step. However, Ram Brochures clearly state it as part of the BUG. Advice on working with the dealer on compensation/ resolution of acquiring it or Mopar Voucher for Bed Divider or Extender.

Probably... I know that the original contract they sent did not have his name when they set it up. However, I wrote it in on the one I had to scan in and the representative said she could call Mopar and have it added. Give them a call. Good Luck
