I've honestly lost track of how many times I've called, emailed, chatted, mind melded, etc. with them over the order. The last update I received at the end of last week was the mirrors are supposed to ship this week. They did end up issuing a small credit back to my account for all the delays...

I used the same LUYED 1550 Lumens Extremely Bright Error Free 921 912 W16W 3030 24-EX Chipsets LED Bulb... Works just fine, although now I have a spare since they come in a two pack. ;)
