@gpasetta... thanks for posting the pic of the mirror. Besides the picture on the website, the only other image I've had in my mind (up until now) after waiting for over a month was this one: To elaborate, I received my Genie and Bypass earlier this week and was "supposed" to get the mirrors...

FWIW, being the impatient SOB I am, I popped mine off out in the driveway one morning when it was 25 degrees outside...

They are held on by tabs that stick through slots in the grill. I used a utility knife and slid the blade between the letters and face of the grill, then gently pried the blade sideways until the letters started coming up. I repeated this process as best I could all the way around and then...
