If it's not below freezing it's not really cold, now is it? ;)
When I was doing test drives the temperature was in the range 20 – 25 °F. The trucks with air suspension seemed slightly rougher than the one with coil suspension. (All had 20" tires.) The AS ride wasn't bad, mind you, it just...
To add another data point: I have a 128 GB Samsung Fit loaded with 3770 songs spread across 1274 directories. The truck recognizes the drive but does not recognize all the files or folders.
The songs are a mix of FLAC and MP3; both formats play fine. There's some cover art in JPEG and PNG...
I've used the parallel park once; haven't tried perpendicular yet. It was slick and worked pretty well. It did self-cancel when the rear tire bumped the curb but the truck was already in the space; I just had to pull ahead a bit. At worst, it's much better at parallel parking than I am. I don't...
I bought my Laramie from Southtown CDJR in Indianola, IA. Depending on which part of Kansas you're in they'd be 3–10 hours away from you. Their dealer discount came out to about 12.5% below MSRP.
Edit: Watch out for the fee for anti-theft etching, though. They snuck that in on me.
No electronic guide here either. I just got my Ram a couple days ago. While familiarizing myself with the UConnect system I saw the icon for it in the app drawer and thought "I need to look at that later." When later came the app was nowhere to be found.
When I was doing test drives I drove two trucks with air suspension and one without. Both of the trucks with air seemed to ride a bit rougher. All had 20" wheels (no 22s). I didn't check tires pressures.
My best guess is that the air feeling rougher rather than smoother was due to temperature...
Mine sat in KZ for a week before shipping but as Cmerkert said it can vary. FCA ships in lots; when and how (train vs truck) depend on where you are and when they get a full load of vehicles headed to that area. I got lucky; even though my dealership is over 600 miles from the plant, my Ram was...
That's not a question anyone else can answer for you. We don't know how you'll use your truck or which things are important to you. Your "do not want" is someone else's "must have" and vice versa.
Start by working out the essentials. Will you be towing? If so, how much weight? That could drive...
I'm glad I ordered when I did, then. I wonder if it's a permanent change to trim level differentiation or a wind-down of parts inventory for 2019 models. We'll find out when the 2020 models come out.
Isn't that the same thing as a dealer coupon? (Where dealerships get some number of coupons per month from FCA and can use up to three on any given purchase.) I'll ask, though. Thanks.
Yep; I did see that one before. It's technically BonusDrive, not Allstate, but you can submit via the Allstate link.
TreadLightly. For a $100 donation (and after a 30 day waiting period) you can get an affiliate code for 1% below invoice. Not a bad deal but you can do better if you shop around.
Hold the fort, what's this? I've been following these forums for months and don't recall seeing this nugget of information before. I've already ordered, my truck is built, but it hasn't made it to the dealership yet. I wonder if there's still time to get in on this.
