There is no manual shift. The +/- buttons on the steering wheel set the gear limit (maximum gear).

Setting the seat memory presets works for the infotainment system (theme, radio/xm presents) but my instrument cluster always reverts back to the default theme within a day. Is there anyone who has changed themes and hasn't witnessed the instrument cluster revert to the default?

I think @slimchance is right about needing a AT&T LTE signal. My link to the user guide reappeared. Apparently it's completely online rather than the truck having a local copy that gets updated over LTE. (If so, that's idiotic IMO.)
