    get it road force balanced on the hunter machine...find an alignment shop who specializes in this as they do this **** all day long. yes i know, out of pocket pay, but look where it's currently got you going the warranty route...

    and to add to this i'll be driving down the hwy with the heat set at 70 and all of a sudden it gets cool, and blows nowhere near 70 degs. so imo there is no question there's some kind of blend door issue...

    it's the pickiest control i've ever used....there's just something about these switches. i'll stumble like this every once in awhile as well.... i doubt you have actually anything wrong, but if you can never control it more than an inch w/out hitting auto then perhaps you do.
