    you can't do the update remotely unless the ota version pings in your area. you'd have to take it to the dealer, or wait for the ota when it's in your area.

    I do have lifter tick but only on start-up for 2-3 seconds, and it's more prevalent in cold weather...

    so if my leak was seen on the window frame and my headliner was dry it still may be the 3rd brake light? I don't physically see a crack yet on the bezel....

    finally noticed a leak coming from the top center frame on the inside when I was using the power washer to clean truck the other day. mine is a 6-19 build. there has to be a huge percentage of trucks with some sort of leaking.

    on your side all the way...I'd try to tarnish them any way I could. however who knows maybe they'll come back at you with defamation of character and try to sue you...realistically you're probably limited to negative reviews and never stepping foot in their again...
