Mine goes into the shop on Friday when their water guy is there, but I'm almost positive it's my 3rd brake light. Below is a video I made showing how saturated the seal is. I had a wet headliner on the passenger side (my truck was leaning in that direction, so it makes sense the water ended up...
Mine is leaking from the third brake light I think. Headliner was wet in the passenger corner. Also had a drip in the center of the window after I pulled it into the garage level ground. Goes into the dealer for a "leak doctor" to diagnose.
Yeah, sorry...I thought I hit reply on your post. Was using my phone. I am curious to see if there is a noticable difference from the window on my 2020. Hasn't cracked yet, but probably will at some point. Just recently discovered a water leak which I think is from my 3rd brake light. Going...
There is another big thread with people having similar issues. Apparently these new Rams are crappy when it comes to sealing up the body. Numerous reports of air/whistling noises and water leaks. I just joined the water leak club the other day. Thinking getting a Ram was a bad decision...
Possibly could do a lever of some sort, but honestly you wouldn't need to. I only loosen it slightly when taking the bike out so it's only a few turns to tighten back up.
Just noticed mine is leaking on the passenger side. Gonna call the dealer tomorrow. Hoping it's just the brake light. For those that had the headliner replaced, do they have to remove the window to get it out?
It's raining and just saw a drip from the rear passenger side at the edge of the headliner. No cracks on the rear window yet. Wonder if it's the brake light even if it's at the passenger corner?
I really hope by the time mine cracks and leaks they will have fully redesigned the window so it no longer cracks and leaks. I can't believe it's been this long and they still are using the same window with the same design flaw.
I wonder if the hotness of the steering wheel has anything to do with the leather on the steering wheel peeling or delaminating like I've seen on here and Facebook?
I came from a 2013 Toyota Tundra. Got rid of it because it kept leaking oil. First from both cam towers, then valve cover, and finally the timing cover. Luckily all under warranty. After all of that, one thing I can say is Toyota has great customer service and will take care of you. So why...
I've always just used Simple Green and a bristle brush every few weeks and then hose them off and let them air dry before putting them back in the truck. Been doing this for all my other trucks with all weather rubber mats. Usually clean them and set them to dry while I vac and wipe down the...
I initially thought they sent me the wrong one because it didn't seem to fit. I think they could have made it a tad smaller to make installation less pain in the butt. Installing the one in my tundra was so easy compared to this one.
