The VIN is generated very early in the process. Like in the first few days after an order. Contact your dealer and ask for it if you ordered before this week.

It's 15% off MSRP on a Limited. Not horrible. Limiteds seem to have the worst rebates and incentives. And since you are ordering, you can't get deals on aging inventory. Honestly, not sure you can get much better. If you you order, you should also be able to the best of any deals between order...
