Noticed this on my truck yesterday. Certainly wasn’t happy about it. Will mention when I bring in for oil change although I suspect a challenge from the incompetent service advisors.

Well if they fix it make sure you post the paperwork showing they did it! It’ll make the argument better for us!

1. Find OEM filter you threw away 2. Cold start with aftermarket filter videoing rpms for 1 minute. 3. Let truck sit 30 minutes. 4. Put OEM filter in and cold start videoing rpms (and your foot not on the gas pedal) for 1 minute. Winner gets the proceeds from the GoFundMe account we're setting...
