Yep ... apparently they have 5 drivers to service all dealerships in LA. .Keep fingers and toes crossed that we are all picked up pretty quickly from the port, and the 3 weeks doesn't come to fruition, because I've watched every single 2022 Limited video on Youtube and have nothing left to watch...

Sandi mentioned this morning mine is on the train to Port Allen .. ETA of 1/12. But from there, could take up to 3 weeks to get to the dealership due to truck driver shortage 😩😣☹️ Another month probably .... sheesh.

$1 a mile is pretty accurate. I believe estimates to CA were about $1500 or so, so $2-2.5k is about right. The drive if you can do it would be a once in a lifetime. This will be my 2nd time driving a new truck back from the south and it's amazing, going through texas, new mexico, az etc.

No it just means they put some gas in it so they can drive it from factory to storage yard, body vendor, off/on trucks and rail etc.

In our industry, when we're doing large wires we will get the photo/text of wire information then call the place and get them to read it out to us also. I would ask to speak to finance manager or someone similar, not just a receptionist.

Sandi told me a while back that the last week of every month is always hectic, and to expect a delay in response. I'm sure the holiday break is part of this also. I've never not heard back from Sandi after reaching out to her ... sometimes it takes a few days though.

Maybe it'll be my saving grace, and I won't get one of the dreaded Christmas-production half-assed trucks lol
