There was something on these forums about the possibility of good incentives for the 22s in the 4th quarter. I think it was from a dealer conference call. Hopefully it ends up being true and we can get our trucks by the end of the year. I don't suppose we can lock incentives that fall between...
Well hopefully they start soon. We could still start getting our trucks in October. As long as I get all the options I ordered I'll be happy even if it's a 4-5 month wait. I bought a 2011 Chevy in Oct. 2010. It's kind of cool to get the next year's model before that year has started.
I'm trying to find black door window surround and mirror caps for my ordered 22 Limited. I think the window surrounds are parts 1,2, & 3 in this diagram.
The website has 2 sets listed for each 1, 2, & 3. One set is more expensive than the other. If I had to guess I'd say more expensive is...
I wish we knew how they scheduled the trucks. Is it by color, trim level, bed length, cab type? Or does it simply go by VIN and the trucks right next to each other could be completely different?
I should have ordered BUG for $4xx on a Limited instead of looking at the RamBox bed divider for $700+ on its own
According to Automotive News, Stellantis' fleet sales are down 18%. Could be good for us. 🤣
Actually I'd be content for a few weeks if Ram would update their website for 2022. I want to read the owner's manual. I'm glad we get Uconnect 5 and they added the configurable bar at the top. That will make it much more convenient to control heated steering wheel and heated/cooled seats too.
I don't have anything to add tonight. Just happy to be here. I'm preparing for a December or January delivery date so if it doesn't come until then I won't be disappointed. As long as it gets built with all the options I ordered I'll be happy.
I talked to my dealer today. They said I should end up with HUD and DRVM since I ordered Level 1. It sounds like a miscommunication at the dealer resulted in them telling me the Technology Group wasn't available because of the chip shortage which led me to believe the HUD and DRVM wouldn't be on...
The heads up display, LED 3rd brake light, and digital rear view mirror are what made up the standalone Technology Group. I figured the LED 3rd brake light wasn't listed in that memo since it's a given with the digital mirror (camera is in LED brake light).
Invoice (FWP) on my 7-19 order was...
From what I've read on here, TG is grayed out on the web page where the dealer orders the truck and it can't be selected. It was able to be selected when I placed my order. Here's a picture of my POC from this week.
Something isn't right with my order. I can't prove it but I think my order was submitted this week and not in July when I ordered. I don't think Ram changed my order to delete the Technology Group. I think my dealer tried to submit the order after Ram took away the TG. I don't know why. Maybe...
The priced order confirmation has the same info as the configuration preview right? The configuration preview is what the dealer prints off after you spec the truck and the POC is basically that same page but it's after the order was submitted?
