Update on this. Straightened the bumper a bit with the tractor, not perfect by any means but better. Got a new light and painted the dent. I can live with this for now.

That’s a ground strap which connects to the exhaust. I really wouldn’t worry about it. Won’t affect your truck

7.2 kw from the bed using a 110v receptacle it seems. Definitely wouldn’t buy this truck banking on using it for a “whole home” solution. it could run some lights and keep your beer cold at least
