See, and I can’t see any reason to rocket from a standstill, like a light. It’s worse on gas mpg and (around here) most of the streets with lights are like 40mph or less. Additionally, I never got to my destination any real amount faster by racing from light to light 🤷🏻♂️.
It’s a truck, not a...
Ford had one. It errored and falsely claimed updates were available so often they removed it.
Since vehicles are more variable than phones, they push an update if your VIN requires it. You could get one, I could not. It’s not really that simple
Agreed, however, going to a few other dealerships and describing what’s going on, mentioning you’re looking for a service department you can trust can yeild fantastic results.
Absolutely. Or they don’t schedule a knowledgeable technician on the problem, because it’s warranty work, or make an initial diagnosis and are willing to let it sit until parts come in. Or, the parts department is inept and waits on the wrong or superseded part.
I don’t, I’m sure Google does though😉
That said, I’ve found that most of these type of issues, that lead people to want to lemon law a vehicle, are largely due to an individual dealership’s poor performance (knowledge, scheduling of techs, parts department skill, etc) rather than the vehicles...
13.5mpg x 26gal =351mi. 351mi/4=87.75… yeah, I’d say that’s close.
As you break it in more and the weather warms up, you should get better mpg (assuming you don’t drive it like a stock car), but overall that looks and feel right
I know you said hard trifold, and I came at you with a soft roll-up. I just think roll-ups are superior in that you can get easy, full use of your bed and most trifolds don’t open all the way (last flip) for highway use🤷🏻♂️
I’ve had great luck (before the Ramboxes) with Tyger soft roll ups. Great quality, inexpensive on Amazon, easy to install and use and watertight if installed properly. I didn’t bother with low profile though. It’s certainly not huge.
