Super easy. You remove the cover that is in that area and replace with the bezel kit. Then unbolt one existing bolt using that bolt and one thats supplied with the kit you install the hook and then torque the bolts to spec. I'd say 30 minutes for both sides.

If your dealer was like mine they were 107 each, they don't sell the kitt anymore so you'd also have to order the bolts. The part number at allmoparparts.com is DTTOWHOOKBLK

Yeah I wouldn't trust them, they couldn't even help me with finding the lower mesh grill because I didn't come up with my vin. I had to provide them the part number. Which ones are you needing to get? The black ones are $161, ends up 182 shipped for the kit and the chrome looks like 200 before...
Gotcha when I talked to the dealer they told me there was nothing in sight of them ever getting them in. I even said well how is that when the new 2020 trucks had them stock and he looked at me with a very dumb face! Haha I ordered black.

Where did you order from? I ordered from allmoparparts.com and got them in a week. That was about a month and a half ago.

It should after you park a few hours it will fix itself. I'm guessing it goes through a full cycle down throughout that time and resets itself. Everytime I head to the dealer it would always end up working, pain in the ***, haha! It finally happened and I drove there and they finally had other...
If you have any luck with service let me know I've been waiting 4 months since they told me there was an update coming..
There is no reset on the 8.4 screen thats only on the 12".

Its a known issue. I've had my 2019 bighorn 8.4 screen system with 6 speakers for a year and a half and have had this issue since day 1. Its very sporadic as I can go months without it occurring or it will have everyday. I've talked to my dealer multiple times and they finally started telling me...
What is the antenna you have? I've been looking at something exactly like this but haven't found anything I like. Any issues with it and what radio are you running with it. Been looking st an Icom 5100 and running it with and antenna setup like that but doing a permanent mount on the roof...
I have this in my wife's Kia Sportage, works great. Not sure how it fits in the truck I can check it out for you after she gets home today.

The hooks are on backorder according to the dealership. I bought them through All Mopar Parts after verifying that they had them and they said yes with a 7 day lead time. I got the one in 7 days like I stated but they messed up pulling the other hook.

Yeah idk, i mean I did get part of what I ordered so I can't say they don't ship, the first shipment took about 7 days. Now almost 2 weeks since I've been waiting for the rest.

I ordered the tow hooks from them a few weeks ago. I received the right tow hook and a cargo organizer instead of the left hook. Emailed right away and they said they would have them installed week and get it to me.. im still waiting. I emailed again today but they will only email back once a...
I've never heard this type of noise with my B2 at all. Also if its the MDS you can just deactivate it by tapping the gear - button on the steering wheel just make sure you have your gear setup to 8 and everything is great. I actually get better mpg by always deactivating. Just sucks cause you...
