I’m seeing a 0% financing offer on the RAM website for Limited and Longhorns but I’m guessing that option wouldn’t tie in with the $2000 cash incentive. It’s probably one or the other unfortunately.

Is the $1500 private offer the pop up coupon from the website? If so, are you sure they’re allowing you to use that with Tread Lightly? I’m asking because I understand Lakeland is now allowing it to be used with Tread Lightly. Thanks and congrats on the new truck!

You need to get the Vehicle Order Number (VON) or the VIN. With either of those, you can chat with RAM Cares and get updates. I never bothered the dealer with updates until it shipped because then the dealer seems to have more info at that point. Prior to shipping though, you want to use RAM...

Have you talked to RAM Chat? And you should’ve had a VIN within days of the order being placed.

It should be on the window sticker under standard equipment about a 1/4 of the way day if it’s a 3.21. If it’s 3.92 it may be under optional equipment.
