Great job explaining everything, yeah I don't understand why Grinch did all that too, but I'm sure he is smarter than me. Honestly this wiring stuff has me baffled so I might just buy it, put it on the truck and have it professionally wired up.
I just ordered my bottle, according to their website, it should last a couple months but I'm sure that depends on what you are driving in. (mud, snow, ice rocks..etc)
Yeah man, I've been lucky. They are finicky though, the wind has to be right and no hammering on the gas. However, even with the worst conditions, I don't get lower than 16-16.5 MPG.
I just started using the "fulley App" but I just drove 4 1/2 hours from Bethesda, MD to my house in southern VA on the back roads(average speed 60MPH, never over 65) and I was getting 19-21 MPG the entire way.
Sorry that you are dealing with that bud. I have the e-torque but when I first bought mine it took awhile for it to get "settled" into itself. The e-torque is only supposed to add about 2-3 MPG; I have almost 8K miles on it and I average between 18-19. The only time I drive it "hard" is in...
I've got my guy that works at an off road shop in Virginia Beach looking. As far as I know, they are not out yet. A lot of these guys swear by the RC ready lifts and haven't had any issues, but those spacers. I can just tell you what I am gonna do. I am no expert when it comes to stuff...
I have to re-apply the spray paint every couple weeks when the white starts to show through, or if I have to scrub dried mud or road salt off of them. Other than that it works pretty good and you can't tell that they have been painted. I'm having issues uploading the pictures(MAC is being...
Sorry you are going through this bud. I know some may disagree, but this is why I waiting for the Blisten shocks to come out for the leveling of the 5th gens before I do any leveling/lifts! I do not trust standard ready lifts. That's just me though
I had G2's on my '14 Bighorn for about 2 1/2 years, other than getting stuck in some pretty deep mud, they were awesome! Never had any issues with them at all. Perfect in the rain, at high speeds
Many hours of scraping with a razor blades....or you could do what I did; flat black spray paint. I hate the white lettering!! I should've made them switch it before I drove it off the lot. You could also take it into a tire shop and drop $100 to have them switch them, remount and balance.
I keep all mine between 52-55. I wouldn't go higher than that...you will be all over the place on the road. Not to mention when you take it off road it would handle like crap(general rule is to let some air out when off road)
I don't know about MOPAR, but I have seen several (Weather Tech makes good ones) that are a "low profile" that provides protection from rocks, debris and doesn't stick up very high. I put something similar on my doors for rain guards and I love them.
