It's ridiculous that they've had your truck this long. I agree with @Rototerrier , check your lemon laws and make it their problem.

Does anyone have an issue getting Waze to work properly with Uconnect through Android Auto? It shows up as a choice, but when I try to launch the app, it tells me to complete setup on my phone, and there's nothing there requiring attention. Anyone?

The convenience of being able to reach half way into the bed was totally worth it to me. In the past, I always installed a Bedslide in my truck beds to save me from having to climb into the bed, but with the MFT I don't need one. The way I see it, it actually saved me a few hundred dollars...

I'm still hoping it's going to spontaneously start working again. The strangest thing about this is that it worked not 15 minutes before, and then... nothing.

And so it goes...I guess it was too good to be true. 3726 miles since 6/30 and this is my first issue. The backup camera has been working without issue this whole time, and tonight I go to back out of a parking space, and nothing but black. Like many others, I have the 12" Uconnect screen...

The tow mirrors are actually quite good for towing when you flip them up. Otherwise, they're awful AND you lose the 360 cameras too. My limited came with the tow package, and when I get my next RAM I won't be getting that again.

The MFT on my 2019 lines up perfectly. It is possible to not close it fully, and a warning light will scream at you if that happens. Were you able to check in the cab and see if anything lit up?

I've had my Limited since June 30th, and I've never noticed it rocking in turns. Was the suspension in NORMAL or AERO mode? Regarding the power, mine had the 3.92 gears, so no issues there.

I've been looking at the Pedalmax for a few weeks now. Once you've used it for a while, please let us know what you think. I'm curious how it affects gas mileage, what setting you use for daily driving (25%?), and if you have any issues. Thanks!
