    Rear lift options

1.5” spacers. Claytons will allow you to carry more weight with less sag compared to your ORPs though and been triple rate you won’t feel any harshness when not loaded. I guess you could also do air bags with your current ORPs.

    Lopsided RAM PLEASE HELP!

Lol. the only concern will be the door. Take it to the dealer and ask them to realign the door. As far as the 1/2" difference measurements, i bet that is the driver side. A lot of vehicles lean a little more towards the driver side, especially when the gas tank and battery etc are on that side...

Is not specific to Jeeps only, Google "Taco Lean" or "FJ Lean" or "RAM Lean" lol.

    My truck is crooked

Gas tank, battery etc are on the driver side, it's not uncommon to have a lean on the side that weights a little more. 4th gen RAM's lean towards the driver side by about 1/2" stock. Can be accentuated after lift, or those with the 33 gallon tanks, Eco Diesel etc. My Toyota Tacos had a lean, My...

Rear spring/spacer block install without a lift?

You want to remove the tension from the spring so you can lift from say the diff pumpkin but you want to support the weight of the truck by the frame to ease up on the weight pushing down on the spring. Way easier to take the spring out if you can support the weight from the frame as the axel...

Rear spring/spacer block install without a lift?

What do you mean without “a lift”? You don’t need a lift to swap your rear coil springs. You may need to compress the springs if your jack didnt have enough reach or the springs were a little too long.

    UCA’s after lift install..

Zone are $400 and change, RL are $400 and change. just an example.

BDS ball joint gives way... What a mess.

Any updates from BDS as to what caused the BJ failures ? Or they really don’t give a crap ? Friend of a friend calls in yesterday night to tell his truck is at the dealer cause the UCA broke and took away half of his front suspension. As a joke I go I bet he has a BDS 6” lift and the BDS UCA...

    UCA’s after lift install..

Get an aftermarket uca. Most have a built in offset for 2-3” lift that will increaae your caster and camber without the alignment tech doing much. Don’t waste your time with the factory length ones.Technically you can run the factory one with 2”. Aftermarket ones will make things better.

    Ram Rebel 2019 - Bilstein 6112 and 5160..Do I need to change/upgrade the UCA?

Beautiful UCA's. I used to have a set in my Tacos. Good stuff.

Leveling kit spacer measurements (Wulf, ReadyLift, and Daystar) w/ pics

The top spacers will be a different thickness than their advertised lift because you have to account the control arm motion ratio. it's not 1:1 in the front. It'll be more 1.6, so take the thickness of the spacer x 1.6 = lift height.

    5100 Durability

They'll be fine. They're solid.much better than installing spacers to achieve the same lift.

    alignment issues

Get it aligned first and see if the problem persist after that. You may simple need an alignment job.

With Eibach or Bilstein leveling Shocks UCA required?

You will be ok with factory and 2”. It doesn’t hurt anything having them with a 2-3” and most aftermarket ucas are optimized for that amount of lift.

BDS ball joint gives way... What a mess.

?? The snapped UCA's featured here have both Moog BJ's with more likely your traditional Moog stud, they're steel alloy heat treated. Moog says their studs will bend but won't break in the event of say a collision. https://www.moogparts.com/technologies.html Don't know that BDS will be able...

    Removing sway bar

Correct. I’m about 2” higher in the back with respect to stock. I carry about 500lbs extra at all times in my bed courtesy of mods, tools, recovery gear etc. front is lifted at 2.75” after steel bumper, winch etc whole truck weights around 800lbs more than stock after mods :)

    Removing sway bar

Front off you will gain up travel and It tends to further smooth out the ride in the dirt since you're literally honoring the independance in your IFS without the sway bar. I did remove mine for testing offroad and the difference is very noticeable. As expected I like the handle better with the...

BDS ball joint gives way... What a mess.

Ok, so that's the the same part number they use for both 4th and 5th gen RAM 1500 and 2-3" lift. I don't get how they can use this UCA with their 6" lift. This things are supposed to have an offset that in theory should be bad for bracket lifts. Or maybe they use the hub spindles from their 4"...
