Tires are on!...finally have all my RC 3.5" lift finished!

It's totally unfounded. I think I've said before, people think Gladiator and relate the springs with the smaller truck and less payload. Claytons are not stock rate Gladiator springs. They have firmer rates than ORP and will support more weigth than anything HD RAM offers for the RAM 1500 and...

biggest tire size for my 1500

You can fit 275/65/20 stock. You can fit 35’s with a front level.

Decided To Not Lift My Truck

I'm the total opposite, can't leave anything stock for too long if it has 4x4. and when i get a 4x4 i mean it to go 4x4 and put some pinstripes on the paint, bumpers, rock sliders etc etc. Not doing aggresive rock crawling anymore cause a 1500 truck was not exactly meant for it but i'm thinking...

BDS ball joint gives way... What a mess.

Another BDS UCA BJ failure. Same issue with the BJ snapping off same place as everybody else. Posted yesterday 04/20/2021 in our local RAM forum. in this case it's a BDS 4" lift with Fox 2.0 CO's and the offending BDS UCA's, same UCA part# for everybody lifted with their kit or not, 4th or 5th...

    Price Increases on UCAs

Check your PM. You may still need to wait the same, but you should be able to get them at a better price, and Icon will ship it to you. I got lucky when i bought mine back in Jan this year and the dude got me a set right away, got it 3 days after after i ordered them straight from Icon in...

    Price Increases on UCAs

You can find them cheaper. I'll pm you for details.

    Price Increases on UCAs

Any 4th gen UCA should fit your truck. Icons 4th gen are the same part you get in the 5th gen 1500 trucks so you know they fit. Same For BDS, Same for Zone, same for Total Chaos. So just look into aftermarket UCA's for a 2018 RAM 1500 for example. Lots of options to choose from in different...

    Icon 1.5” vs Gladiator 2.5” springs—Help

Icons and Claytons are both progressive springs with a super soft primary rate, then a 2nd rate that should be firmer than ORP. Unloaded you're riding in between these 2 rates, with more of it going towards the 2nd rate. 1st rate is pretty much dead coils so they extend a lot more when you run...

FOX or KINGS!? WHICH IS TRULY BETTER?

Yep you definetely can't go wrong with either choice. Both will put a grin in your face everytime you put the truck in the dirt and you press on the gas pedal :)

FOX or KINGS!? WHICH IS TRULY BETTER?

Towing is not affected if anything towing gets better cause the shocks have a lot more damping power. If you go with adjusters you’ll make the rears firmer. Also good to beef up your rear sway bar and links if you’re towing heavy or hauling heavy. Make the rear more predictable.

TRX Rear Coil Springs - Are they ame as ORP springs?

Damn. They are expensive. $800 for the set. Lol

TRX Rear Coil Springs - Are they ame as ORP springs?

They should be longer than the ORP. The TRX has more travel than the Rebel. Would be interesting to see the free length on the TRX springs and also compressed and extended length on their shocks. Just waiting for someone to post such a thing. This dude did a deep dive but he didn't disconnect...

FOX or KINGS!? WHICH IS TRULY BETTER?

And just in case I don’t work for Accutune lol. You can buy from any vendor. Filthy can tune and revalve your Kings as well but they’re King only dealer. Accutune sells both. Downsouth Motorsports is also a King dealer and tuner. I’m sure they’re are more out there that are local to you. I...

FOX or KINGS!? WHICH IS TRULY BETTER?

I’m running Kings revalved and tuned by Accutune. They will revalve and tune either choice so they can do Fox as well. The Fox adjusters won’t sway me towards either choice. They’re nice to have though so if you want to have them go for them. It’s cheaper to get them if you buy the COs and...

FOX or KINGS!? WHICH IS TRULY BETTER?

Accutune can tune them and revalve them. when you order through them they might have some in stock cause they can order a few sets to have in stock, don't know if the RAM market is big enough for them to do that, last time i was there i saw they stock Jeep Wrangler and Tacomas/4runners sets, So...

FOX or KINGS!? WHICH IS TRULY BETTER?

Kings in this case, you're comparing 2.5 displacement front and rear components vs 2.0 rear in that BDS kit. If you're in Socal i'd recommend you to go with Accutune offroad.. If you buy from them they'll change the valving and retune them for you depending on yout want/truck mods etc. They also...

    $1400 for leveling kit

Performance is pretty much the name of the game. I had 3 previous IFS applications before, Toyota FJ with Radflo 2.5 CO's and shocks and aftermarket UCA's, then Taco with Icon Stage 3 (2.5 CO's, 2.0 rear shocks) and another Taco with Stage Icon Stage 6(2.5 CO and shocks all around with CDC)...

Why does the majority here use spacer lifts?

I had a JKU Sport before the RAM and i really miss that puppy a lot. i regret selling it. Miss that type of aftermarket as well. Anyhing there is out there and they keep coming up with more is just great. I went a lot of places on just 35's and skids everywhere :) i'm thinking to go back to Jeep...
