I switched off using the phone navigation years ago because it always seemed to tell me to turn 100ft after the turn I was just supposed to make. I’ve had factory Nav since 2008 and been quite satisfied with it so I have never felt the need to revisit the phone apps.

What I was looking for was a way to map out the route on a PC or phone app and send it to the truck. I discovered today that was a paid feature of XM Guardian. I also discovered that Guardian is different than Travelink and is not what came with the truck for 5 yrs.
Looks like I need to start...
The irony of the missing jet situation is that I find it totally plausible that it could happen but am totally baffled that they not only admitted it, but made it public and asked for help finding it.
I updated mine from 39.7 to to 40.1 right before a 3000 mile road trip. I didn't really notice any functional changes but I did have the unit lock up on me once, requiring me to pull over and power off for a few minutes to reset everything. Nav stopped updating the location on the map so we...
Not sure about manifolds but I know the EV market is eating up specialty metals needed to make things like breakers. I do large scale industrial electrical systems and switchgear deliveries are delayed out over a year and a half.
I tried to order a small 500KVA transformer the other day and was...
I got a shipment notification today so the backorder time for OEM manifolds isn't that long. I ordered Aug 31st, they are shipping around Sept 20th, so less than a month.
However, what we don't know is how many manifolds were in the latest batch and how many of those are already committed to...
I got flagged for “hate speech” after posting a pic of a flock of Geese on my front lawn with the tag “Damn Canadians”.
Seems the whole works need to give their balls a tug and harden the F up.

I put 3128 miles on mine just last week. [emoji12] Drove the family from Georgia to Vermont for a funeral.
I was driving upwards of 70k/yr for several years but thankfully I'm down to around 24k miles per year now.
I have owned my 2019 for just over 5 years and am currently at 97,450 miles...
My solution has always been better shocks, (Bilstein). Stiffens up the ride and makes the truck much more positive in the turns.
I've never upgraded my sway bar but I can only imagine a Hellwig and a set of Bilsteins to be a great combination.
We gifted our 2023 Honda Insight to my Sister-in-law and bought a 2023 CRV Hybrid just a few months ago. We really enjoy the new CRV.

Drove it from Georgia to Vermont to lay flowers on Mimi’s grave up on the hill overlooking Montpellier. Tomorrow we lay my wife’s Aunt to rest.

I scoped it out today, looks pretty straight forward. I’m guessing the special tool my buddy referenced is a magnetic plug wrench to fetch the plug out of the deep hole.
For those truly afraid of the fire risk, Google any battery device in your home along with the words “caused house fire” and then circle back to this conversation.
I did the cheap Amazon front facing cam last year and it’s been working intermittently the last couple times I’ve tried to use it. The resolution wasn’t great so I’m definitely looking for a better alternative as well.
