Gas has nothing to do with it. I use 91 premium every time and it does it if you leave your foot on the brake pedal hard until it starts. You are lucky or you just don't notice it. It's basically the drive train locking up probably from the auto e brake which has been discussed previously.
That's how I feel about it. I will mention it when I go for my first service but it doesn't really bother me. It's obviously related to the auto park and I also think it has to do with how you are park. I park on my driveway which is slightly at an angle, there is probably more pressure put on...

I have a 2020 Laramie Crew Cab and I have the clank when the brake pedal is pressed. It seems to be related to the auto parking brake as I turned it off and it didn't happen when set manually, at least in my truck so far.
