If you search, you can find other posts on it being done. It's fairly straightforward. You'll need the housing, wiring and programming.

New seats, possibly wiring, and definitely AlfaOBD changes. It's well documented on here if you search for it. Others have done it.

It's sort of plug and play. All the information on it is in the PDF in the first post. You just need to plug it into the DASM side, but the other side needs to plug into the canbus block and power/ground.

There's nothing you can do as you do never get it. That's already been explained in the this thread. You might be able to get some compensation, but that's highly unlikely.

It's not auto dim, it's auto high beams. Hence the reason you have to have the high beams on.

You might need to replace the door module.

It's not a wire. It's a Fakra cable and it's red on the end.

Have you tried search? This has been discussed over and over by many people. The sticker is a lie.

You probably don't have the correct hardware to make it work. I know some vehicles didn't have it installed. Mostly the newer ones as my 2020 worked with it. Maybe @Jimmy07 can help.

You don't have parking sensors in the front bumper or the buttons on the center stack? I thought that was standard. You could use AlfaOBD to disable them if you don't have them. I'm not sure why they all of sudden enabled on their own.

How long have you waited? It can take up to 6 hours or so for everything to come back. It's well documented on here. Lots of posts about it.

All the Uconnect sizes have their issues. Go big or go home. Lol. I'd say 2020 (what I have) or above would be good. I'd try to get at least UC5.

I didn't notice any drop in volume. Just better sound quality.

You are wanting to add something aftermarket to it? Not possible.

I'm not sure if they made a change for later years, but my 2020 works while driving.

The dealer will not do any programming for you like this. You have to do it on your own using AlfaOBD. @Jimmy07 probably can help you, he knows these systems really well.

I've seen broken ones on ebay.
