To add to my comment, when I say different wiring harness, I mean that they do have different wiring harnesses, but if a vehicle isn't equipped with something, they use a different harness. There isn't a universal harness with connections that are never used. It's cost prohibited to do that. And...

That's weird. I know the BTS versions so use more of a flat black, but I thought others didn't.

The 2019 to 2024s don't have wiring for that. I have entire how to on adding the surround view cameras to them. The different wiring harness is simply not true. Adding the cameras doesn't work for 2025+ yet.
