    Remote Mount Oil Filter

You're going to love it! I did buy a EZ Drain plug but decided against it as I use an oil extractor instead... Use the Zip lock bag method when removing the filter and make sure to drape the front axle with plastic in case you do dump the filter and get oil everywhere.. Also, it's a good idea to...

    Remote Mount Oil Filter

Super easy. I installed it lying on my back with the truck jacked up slightly. Install the fittings and hoses before attaching the base to the oil filter mount, then tighten the center bolt just as you would the oil filter.

    Remote Mount Oil Filter

I would highly recommend it. It's made well and I've had no problems with it whatsoever, and I don't dread the annual oil change. Lol

    Remote Mount Oil Filter

Definately is. Just reach under the front bumper and remove the filter. I use an oil extractor and suck the oil out through the dipstick tube so no mess at all.

    Remote Mount Oil Filter

The filter is mounted directly under the lower Radiator hose using a bracket secured to factory holes in the frame so there is no drilling required. The filter is not mounted anywhere near the active shutters in the front of the grille.

    Remote Mount Oil Filter

I'll take a picture tomorrow. I just finished installing the RAM airflow cai today and will take the photo from the top looking down since the original air filter box is now removed and there is loads of room on the passenger side.

    Remote Mount Oil Filter

No interference at all with the active air dam. Installed mine over 2 years ago and am so glad I did, as it makes the oil change effortless. As far as draining the oil; I use a fluid extraction pump and suck the oil out through the dipstick tube. Absolutely no mess anywhere...

    AAWireless Review

I remember reading somewhere on this forum about someone having a problem with there Pixel 6 and aawireless. After an update on there phone everything worked again; maybe that's the issue? The aawireless app I have is "system update 1.12.0". If everything worked well for you before the update...

    AAWireless Review

What phone / OS are you using? I upgraded my phone / OS Android 12 and paired it to the truck (had not downloaded the aawireless app before that) without any issues other than it would not disconnect after leaving the truck. I THEN downloaded the aawireless app, and the next time I used AAuto...

    AAWireless Review

I have a Galaxy S20 running Android12. I did get the "Device Not Supported" each time I started the truck but changed to MTP and have never had that pop up again. I also have "Start Stop" enabled and have had zero issues with the device connecting / disconnecting entering or leaving the truck...

    We bought a new truck!

I had them on a 2005 Avalanche for my summer tires. They were the worst in regards to flat spotting overnight. Once driven for ten or so miles they smoothed out and performed well, however, I would never purchase them again.

12" Unconnect No GPS found, No signal

It's a sad situation for sure, and to top it off, the replacement module will be a rebuilt unit as I was told by the service manager at the dealership where I purchased my truck.

Chipping on rear stock fender flares

For sure! That's the first accessory that I installed on every new truck I've owned. Inexpensive insurance as I look at it.

Chipping on rear stock fender flares

Definately install mud flaps. I have Weathertechs on my 19 Longhorn with just under 12k and no chips whatsoever. I also have the power running boards.

    Android auto w/ 12" uconnect

Yes, before Android Auto, I would just press the phone button on the steering wheel and place calls through the trucks system via my phones bluetooth. Either way, I would have to say the name or number to dial.

    Android auto w/ 12" uconnect

I've found that Android Auto overrides the phone buttons on the steering wheel, so to make a call I have to either say "Hey Google" and then "Dial" or "Call" or tap the mic App on the display to place a call. Plugging my phone in to the USB each time I get in is getting old, but soon I should be...

12" Unconnect No GPS found, No signal

Unfortunately its the GPS components in the radio module that have failed; a common problem. My 2019 Longhorn has the same issue but it doesnt bother me as I use Android Auto with Google maps. As long as your within the 36K warranty it will be covered. There is another post on here discussing...

    UAX Radio Module Replacement

I agree with you 100%. I've been on the fence about buying an extended warranty, as I would hate to have to take it in for any work to be performed due to the high risk of damage to the vehicle.

    UAX Radio Module Replacement

I hear you but I usually will only use a warranty for major mechanical failures if needed. The module isnt that expensive and I'm now thinking of sending it out to have the GPS repaired as it would be less expensive than a "FCA Rebuilt" unit.

    UAX Radio Module Replacement

Definately an idea, however Its not just the dash I'd be concerned about. When I was working at a Chevrolet dealership, a tech got into a new 91 Corvette failing to remove a screwdriver from his back pocket and ripped the bolster. The screwdriver punched a hole in the back of the seat and he...
