Might need to put a stiffer sidewall on your "car" tires. The rubber could be flexing on the rim giving you that feeling.
Years ago I pulled a car trailer, I had to go with a load range E so it would be planted as I go down the highway. Felt like I was wagging a dog tail otherwise.
Had the recall service done yesterday. They open and close the gate a few times. My test was before the oil change. It lasted 10 seconds. I left my dash cam on and spied on them. lol
OK, I went to my truck and looked at the interior lights. No more guessing.
There are no interior cab options on the head light switch. The only switches are on the map light over head console. You have separate light on / off for each front seat. You have both on, both set for automatic as you...
The switches are on the overhead map light / vanity light (center of windshield area on the over head console). One switch is on the driver side, other switch is on passenger side. You can turn them on or off as you sit in the seat as your driving whatever, and I believe a solid off where they...
I changed everything on my truck to LEDs. Search my earlier posts to know exactly what brand I purchased.
Only issue which might not be the led lighting is if you unlock the truck at night, the lights go on. The auto start won't work. Turn the lights off and it's OK.
Last week after driving...
If it's the starter, Take a hammer and tap it if you have no crank. (worked 40 years ago as a kid to get home from the drive in) The tapping wiggles the contact point and if it starts after a good wack with the hammer, just proves the starter is shot.
I don't know if the condition will improve on the ecodiesel. Perhaps if you have a lot of miles maybe your tranny screen is dirty or low on fluid? I don't know really, just thinking on how non computer cars run.
My 21 Hemi still has that slipping tranny condition when cold. It's 90% better with that switch on and I never flipped it back, but still sometimes if I do a slight rolling stop with the engine ice cold it could mis-shift. Motor rpm comes up as I pull away from the stop sign then the tranny pops...
I will have mine looked at when I get the oil changed in a few months. I press my gate gently and I hear both latches click, so I don't believe I have a problem with mine.
Since I don't own a boat.....
It's very convenient to put all my guns in the bed now. All I got to say to the cops is I drive a Ram and all the guns fell out onto the road. "That's correct officer, every firearm and ammo I owned. You know they have a recall right"?
I think it just makes your gas pedal more sensitive. You seem to remove the lag, but in reality you don't. Sometimes I get a lag or hesitation when it's very cold out while the truck is not warmed up. Otherwise I'm happy how the pedal is.
The banks is a safer unit to use. I haven't seen a dead...
I was going to get the pedal commander, but after seeing the possible side effects of a dead pedal when you need it most, I washed myself of the idea of installing one.
Maybe a tune down the road, but the truck is too new to mess with the warrantee.
I just used the Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Wax, that works nice. Very easy to apply. After you wash the truck spray it on, rinse it off. I like modern science.
