We tested the Remington for a duty shotgun and it failed terribly. It had numerous fail to extract, and stove pipes. The Beretta was an unbelievable gun to shoot with the ghost ring rear sights, and the limited recoil from it being a pistol gun was awesome. Shot Remington 1oz Slugger out of the...
My journey started when my parents bought an 89 Ramcharger in 1990, and 8 years later they would sell it to me for $2,500. Like every young man would do, I put on a 4” lift with 33x12.5. It was my prize, I had cut out and replaced the cab corner and had a new paint job. Had it all through high...
Squeezed in, after cutting out the sill plate. If it wasn’t for that stupid shark antenna it would’ve fit. 6” lift on 35s.
Surprisingly enough the wife’s suburban fits in as well.
FYI. I residing my house, I’ll be fixing what cut out. Winter was in full swing when I brought the truck home...
I just did a 310 mile round trip, mostly highway. After doing the math, I averaged 16.6. The truck calculator said 17.4. I have the 5.7 E torque, 6” lift on 35s. I kept it between 65 and 70. I would say my number is +/- 1 mpg. When I refueled I didn’t top it off after nozzle kicked off.

I also put one in my 22 Laramie Sport. I do like the sound, and throttle response is a little better. I bought mine off Facebook marketplace for $175 new in the box. The deals are out there just have to wait and find them.

When I did it, I replaced the rears as well. Made a big difference when hitting bumps at higher speeds. A lot less hop. So to answer your question I’m not sure how the ride is with just the fronts.

Had those same tires on my 14 with the level kit. Loved them. If you do go with the front level I suggest the Blistins 5100 series and set them at 1.5. Should leave you with about a 3/4 to 1” take.

So I put on my tow hooks today. And when I started to remove the bolt from the frame, water ( or what I thought was water) came leaking out.It was probably about a table spoon full. It happened on both the driver side and passenger side.
I picked the truck up on January 4th. I haven’t driven in...
I feel you pain. I used neoprene covers in my truck and my wife’s. I cut two little holes to connect the belt for the seat.
