Not really looking for ride better than oem but around the same ride quality. Even with the blocks the ride is still pretty good but slightly below oem. The ride going over small bumps feel more like a midsize suv rather than a truck.
I ordered over 15 different sample color of vinyl wrap and all of them didn’t match the color perfectly. The closest white I could find were the kpmf gloss white or the 3m gloss white. I end up going with the kpmf and you really can’t tell the white isn’t matching unless your looking at it up close.
Super easy imo after you do the first one. Once you the the hang of it it took me less than 30 mins to do the other 3 bulbs. The hardest one is probably the low beams since it’s pretty hard to angle your head to see what you’re doing.
The wheels are 20x10 so not super wide and the tires are xl load I believe and they’re 32in by 12in. I’m also running about 42 psi for the tire pressure.
I installed front leveling blocks on my truck and after the install I noticed the ride wasn’t as good anymore. My truck still rides decent but doesn’t compare to before I barely feel anything going over a speed bump. Anybody got any semi budget suggestions on how to improve the ride quality?
Line up the edge of the emblem with masking tape before you remove them. Once you’re ready to put the new emblems on just line them up to the masking tape and the should be perfectly aligned to where the old emblems where. I also highly recommend buying a eraser wheel off amazon, I think you can...
Just installed the Lasfit LED bulbs this weekend and I am absolutely loving them. I have the LED bulbs for the fog lights coming in Monday and planning the install then very soon.
I’m planning to get my exhaust powder coated tomorrow. Is it fine to drive without exhaust tips while my tips are getting done? I was worried about the vinyl wrap on my bumper would melt.
I planned on getting my truck tinted next week and was wondering if ceramic tint is worth the pic. The guy I talked to quoted me $160 for regular tint and $220 for the ceramic.
I was thinking of upgrading my factory bulbs to led for my headlights. I seen a few brands out there but I have no clue which to choose. I would highly appreciated if y’all got any led bulbs you could recommend.
Haven’t pull the trigger yet but I been looking at the carven muffler. Also contemplating just getting the whole carven catback exhaust. Check them out on YouTube they have the best sounding muffler and catback imo.
I just installed a hostile sprockets with nitto nt420v on my truck. I love the wheels but one thing I hate is the little silver fake rivets on the outer edge of the wheel. Anyone got any ideas how to black them out? (Ignore the ugly chrome bumpers getting them color matched next week)
