So I found something interesting on my truck yesterday while testing.
I will post pictures later but when I had a "throttle lag" my truck dropped into a gear 0. I think etorque taking the truck out of gear even when you disable auto start/stop it's still doing the same thing just not turning...
Speed isn't a huge deal just vary the speed.
I wouldn't go 3 hours at 80 mpg myself, maybe do some 65, 80, 70. Give it a few hours to rest after an hour or so of driving non-stop so the metal can expand and stuff.
Realistically the break in period is more for long-term issues and if you tread...
Just buy a battery bank to use overnight, and then charge it via the trucks battery while it's running.
The 48V battery does NOT charge the system when then truck is off, which is why so many of us get dead 12V batteries.
I believe the USB ports work for 30 minutes to 4 hours on truck shut off...
ROOF MOLDING
REMOVAL
Place a layer of masking tape along the perimeter of the roof joint molding to avoid damage to neighboring panels.
Starting at the center of the molding, insert a trim stick (1) between the roof panel and roof molding (2) and gently pry up. Repeat on the opposite side of...
I loved my Silverado, hated my dealerships for the brand.
Lifter problem... It's like flying a spaceship into the sun, it's just a question of when you combust.
^This lol
It confused me as first as my previous cars listed the curb weight.
I want to say some Tradesmen and Bighorn come in around 5300 lbs from the factory.
An older not optioned out Laramie likely could too.
The disconnect battery does help a lot to relearn. I think there's something crazy like 74 different "profiles" that it tries to learn you into (I could be wrong on this).
I notice I get more mpg using premium gas.
I also noticed the engine wake up around the 5k mile mark for me.
Don't knock...
Do you know if we can use the Windows version if we own the Android version?
I assume not from what I can read.
I wonder if I can test it on the free version, just need to find a craptop with bluetooth lying around.
Edit: never mind I see it, they do not share a license.
I think it's your ODB2 adaptor then.
I can't connect to it either with mine, on the dash it says service shifter and abs lights up while it tries to connect.
Until Jimmy07 said it could happen I would of said it's not possible because I can't do it.
