Eh. 18 months in my Ram, 2 issues.
1. Replaced starting battery.
2. Rear door window shattered, weird one.
I'm sorry about your troubles but **** happens, sux to be without your truck but supply issues plague the industry.
My only complaint with Ram is no windshield eye brow tint, you know the 5-6" at the top of the windshield, like every other vehicle I've owned for the past 30 yrs.
It never fails, the sun will be right in any gap of the visor.
I have to get to the tint guy soon.
I purchased thru Clay about a yr ago. Emailed him asking for options and a quote for each level. At the time he beat everyone's pricing. Called him direct with CC payment, he emailed all documents. Easypeasy transaction!
Just replaced mine, 11k miles and 1 yr of ownership. It was dirty but not terrible, I rarely drive gravel so I wasn't expecting it to be too bad.
Didn't unhook cable from the box, just gave a little tug and it popped of its hinges, 5 min job, easy.
I like your style, see avatar.
I've got a 20 with almost 11k, got it 12-27-20.
Only issue I've had is a bad battery which the dealer replaced and the rear driver side door window shattered while sitting in the garage, strangest thing I've ever seen!
Hopefully the code is just a one off weird...
Mine has some hesitation/ surge when first driving after a long sit. I asked the same question here months back, found many others with the same issue. I've gotten used to it and it doesn't seem to affect performance after a short time of driving.
Mine does it too, I hate it, I wish it would just gain some speed and even out once you hit level road. I'm not in the mountains though, I can see where you guys would like the feature.
You and I are in the same boat. I even checked the rear plug before, helps if you have voltage gauge on the right setting, duh.
Saw no power, so I ran a wire back. Later, in another thread, someone said there was constant power at the plug, I said there was not. They proved me wrong.....
