Got a call today from my Uconnect case manager. She finally found someone at FCA who replied this is a known issue that is being worked on. A software update is being developed to prevent the truck from going to sleep. The bad news is there is no ETA, but it sounds like they know the issue...
I've been dealing with just 1 person at Uconnect for 2 months now but my main focus is my dealer and the STAR case. The service manager is getting a zone rep involved.
Mine is not a high pitch squeal as the TSB notes. It's more of a low frequency "groan" when I first back out of my driveway. This is not brake pad or rotor squeal.
Sounds like something else has developed a rust coating overnight and it needs to rub off. It's gone in a few seconds and is not...
I can understand that. I'm still working through my dealer and Uconnect to try to get a solution. Taking that approach they won't just replace a part yet without some evidence it's at fault.
I'm of a different opinion. Between the air card and the RF hub I see the air card as the issue. My key fob works every time. That means the RF hub wakes up just fine for a RF signal. Both my Uconnect app and the Mopar web site do not work much past 4 hours after key off. Sounds like the air...
Something definitely has changed about my Uconnect app functionality. Even towards 4 hours after key off I can do a remote start now. Used to it was barely over 1 hour. With my 16 I could go on a week long trip and start the truck from the airport shuttle bus on the way to the parking lot...

I brought my truck in for...
MJP, my symptoms have been just like yours until just yesterday. I mentioned in another thread I brought the truck in and a STAR case was open as well as a Uconnect Care case. They connected the 2 case #s and took some info off my radio the week before last. All of a sudden yesterday I can now...
I've had Weathertechs in all my previous trucks but I like the Mopars better in this one.
Pro - the rubber is more flexible which is great for foot and heel comfort on longer trips.
Con - the ribs make them a little harder to clean. Overall I'd get them again.
