General info:
To fully adjust the TPMS you need to change the threshold psi settings and update the RFH (Radio frequency hub).
Factory pressure settings are 60(Hemi) or 65(Cummins) front & 80 rear with a 20% threshold which means that the warnings (light, sounds & nag screen) will come on at...
You must live in a bad area for driving. Even in Michigan suburbs, we have 55 MPH main roads. The road at the end of my girlfriends subdivision, it's 55. In the ghetto city of Detroit, the freeways are 55, but as soon as you hit the suburbs it's 70, and northern half of the state is 75.
One of my jobs in my former life, was a muffler shop manager. Back then 20 bucks or a 12 pack would have done it. We used to do a lot of hangers and clamps for beer money. Back then, we could drink in the shop after close, that may have changed.

The diagnosis fee is ridiculous, it's diagnosed. Ram should cover it, they redesigned again in June or July of last year. They know it's a supplier issue, GM uses the same supplier, and theirs do the same thing.
I consider all of those necessities, except the tow mirrors. I hate the current "moose antler" tow mirrors. Had them once, won't again. I will use clip-ons when I tow. The 25s are finally going to power extending mirrors for towing, replacing those hideous things.
