Sometimes the package changes by one item, and they generate a new code. Back during the pandemic, when they had a shortage of reclining rear seats, which previously were part of the Laramie package, they changed the code for Laramies, and it didn't include those seats. They had to have them for...
You made the bad decision to get painted bumpers. All manufacturers have that problem. I don't know how you can get a vibration in the gas pedal, because its electric, so it has no mechanical connection to anything. The Ramboxes are painted separate from the body, and silver is actually the...
It just does it on it's own. Generally shorter than it says. I took mine to a dealer once, and it started, just as I pulled in to the write up desk. They couldn't get the info from the dash, until it finished. Those updates don't happen very often though.
Which Ram badge? If you are talking the top center (I have a Limited, so mine says Limited), you go to the settings, by pushing the center right button, on the left side of the wheel. Then use the up/down buttons, until you see screen set up. Find that option.
Very common. Dissimilar metals causes them to corrode. If you can get the old bolts out, it's an easy fix. You may need a torch, to heat them. Put anti-seize on the new bolts, to slow corrosion.
Some early 5th gens had rack issues. I don't know what the dates were, when they changed something, but there are other threads about it that you can check.
I've never had trouble with the chrome clad wheels. I've had a few vehicles with them, and go through Michigan winters. Just like anything else, you may have been unlucky with a bad one.
An oil catch can goes in the PCV hose, and catches the oil mist, preventing it from going into the intake manifold. The oil gets burned away, so it's not like it sits there, but it can carbon up the valves. I put one on my truck at about 1,000 miles, because that's when I learned about them. At...
The cold air intakes, like Veriram, and the Mopar one, will give colder air. When you are driving, the air isn't moving slow enough to heat up, in the 2 inches it's over the radiator. However the factory intake, is running a couple feet, with curves, in the hot air behind the radiator. Not that...
Call MD and see. You go to the build and price, option the way you want, and send them the build. They get right back to you with your cost. They only give the big discounts on builds, not stock vehicles. They can offer the deal, because they have to pay for every vehicle that sits on the lot...
Things like that happen every so often, with any of the functions. There are so many computer modules in these truck, and when they boot, sometimes they just don't sync, in the milliseconds they are supposed to. Just like when a phone glitches, and needs to reboot. Multiply that by the 20+...
If you can't find them at the auto parts "help" section, go to a local dealer. It's not really a special part. They should have an assortment of them, for use in their body shop.
I ordered my 24, in late June, long before production started. Didn't get built until 6 weeks after production started. They don't get built in the order they were ordered.
