I drove the latest loaded version of each truck available, Ford, Chevy, GMC, Nissan and Toyota. I'm normally a Ford guy but have maintained several toyota cars in our family well past 250k miles with minimal expense. I'm fairly brand agnostic (although I did love our Acura tl). The Toyotas...
Most likely the ram will have a few issues over the years if your honest. Probably nothing major and some of that will be attributed to the fact that the ram has about 3x as many options as the tundra so there is a lot more to go wrong. They are very different trucks and the tundra is...
First time I've ever had a fully loaded truck exactly the way I wanted. Was especially looking for the 33 gallon tank/antispin which was hard to find. Its perfect exactly the way it is. The only thing I took off was the Kentucky derby edition stickers so I guess that counts as 1 option I did...
I also noticed the temp seems to change with the drivers seat warmer setting . Nowhere is this documented. Maybe I'll take a thermal gun to it tomorrow and test.
While I think its secure what does the lid have to do with the screws being attached the the plastic? The lid is just one are that can be compromised. I wonder why the also dont make it secure on all sides instead of just the top.
Wait for a 2020 if you want a more polished truck. It's a first run vehicle so it will have more than normal items to fix. I'm normally a ford guy but the ram clearly drives and rides better and at least as far as I could tell the limited is heads and shoulders above the other 3 brands with...
I also purchased the Tempered glass protector on amazon. Definitely nicer than the zagg and other ones I've seen in the past. Very comprehensive install package too. So far seems to be helping with the fingerprints too...
I'm experiencing something similar in my 19. It jerks pretty bad when almost stopped or stopped and going again. Definitely does not happen everytime but a few times in the last 300 miles. I know it's not just me because I had a 2016 with the 8 speed and it was flawless.
Finally got it in today (the low profile version). A bit of a pain to install and the instructions were poor, but trimmed the bottom part so that it would still fit, did not have to remove any plastic tabs referenced, and put in the screws (also a pain for the rear) and it seems very solid in...
I am happy with my diamondback with line-x. Waterproof and lockable, and is pretty functional. The biggest downside is cost but I already at that on the last truck and just moved it to the new one.
