Does it charge when plugged in but android auto will not work? Make sure you don't have power saving turned on. If the truck was built in 2018 your USB hub also may be bad. Same issues here with a s9, replaced the hub and now works 100% of the time.

I looked up the towing capacity on the new jeep and was surprised go see it's about the same as a minivan. Why have a truck that cant tow? Otherwise just get a wrangler and be done with it. Also needs a larger engine option for sure. I like jeeps but don't quite get this one.

A new media hub fixed mine today. Had to push on all 4 clips and then from the front to get the old one out. 6 screws to get the console out (2 under hidden panels at the front). The new part number 68397098AE

According to my dealer this part is not stocked well and it could be a few months before we get it. Now looking for alternatives.

Yes they should come back. It has to do with how the computer recognizes the options and turns them back on after the power has been disconnected. I'm not sure why it takes so long but that's normal. I'd check it after 3-5 hours and they should be back even if it was off.

How long have you waited for them to come back? It can take quite awhile. Hours possibly.

Asked the dealer to order a hub and they did. Waiting on it to arrive to be installed

Not saying to be overweight but this is not always true. Same as speeding, driving impaired etc. Its not as clear cur as being overweight and then not being covered.

You need to find a new dealer. The firmware they check with a scan tool. It's not subjective. Print off the tsb and take it in. Then go and listen to another truck and see what it sounds like. You may also have a bad amp or speakers. A over the air update will not fix your amp or firmware so...

Not if your towing anything. Air ride definitely is better in that scenario.
