I used them to purchase the MVP Maxcare on my 2019 Ram. They were responsive and easy to purchase through. Of course once they sell you the plan and provide details, they’re out of the picture. I did use them to process my refund when I sold the truck. They responded quickly and processed it for me.

Just curious, has anyone asked Mark Dodge to match Ziegler’s price on a Mopar Max care Warranty during the purchase process? It could make sense if they’d match the price and use 0% for 72 months.

So I I’m in the same situation. If you had told Aaron you were going to use PenFed and he included it on the buyer’s order, then you’d likely be ok using it. I failed to mention it at time of order also. It does suck to lose out on the $1k though.

I really didn’t hate it so much until my muffler delete. After that, it caused drone when it kicked in. It also sounded ridiculous at a traffic light when it started up again. When I install the Borla Atak on my 2021 I’m sure I’ll have similar complaints.

So it did move along to D1 a few days after I escalated but I'm not sure if the movement was based on the escalation. I feel like the tow package was delaying my build and parts likely arrived. I'm just speculating though.
