Got a call today say they are now going to replace them PCM and order a another new one which is 3 days out still

A dealer should have no issue going 1k under ebb so find another honest dealer

I strongly whole heartily disagree 110%. I have brought numerous cars to Carmax and every time their offer is extremely lower then what dealerships have offered me for a trade in. I always then trade my vehicle in at the dealership and never once went with car max due to their low ball offers...

Just spoke with them they said they put a new PCM in but then my truck wouldn't start so they put the old PCM back in it. lol what a joke

We all can be negative about this sure but no I don't think this is normal.

I know lemon law too well. My 2017 Ram was a lemon and they gave me my 2019 Ram which now is turning into a lemon

Look at a Laramie there is a big difference when you take that 1 step up.

I have seen 10-20 2019 Rams on the road here in Wisconsin. I have seen Long Horns, Limiteds, Laramies, Big Horns, Sport Packages etc. and the dealer lots here are full of them also.

I wouldn't care how easy the fix is. I would want everything wet replaced. Get ready to fight this is bs and a continuous problem on this forum with this 2019 truck
