This is the same version mine shipped with as well and no updates for me no matter what I try. Called Uconnect support last week and they told me I needed to have the dealer install version C manually for it to start getting over the air updates. I informed them that version D is out already...

I can try to take another later as I’m out eating now. It arrived today and it is matte. I’m undecided on it right now though. I can still see the screen fine but, it definitely appears matte in finish enough that I almost don’t like the look.

I got a good deal on the truck anyways I think. They told me to get a couple quotes at whatever body shop and they would submit a claim through Ram to have it taken care of. It sucks but, sometimes you just have to roll with the punches.

2 weeks from your WS to delivery at your dealer. I feel like that’s reasonable timing shipping wise.

Absolutely not! But, I do understand hard feelings at this point. I didn’t order from a big dealer. They are allotted 7-8 vehicles a month is what he told me. 🤷🏼‍♂️
