Be careful with that. Sounds like they may be kicking the can down the road to avoid the warranty coverage so you're on the hook for the cost. If the manifold is bad now they should still be able to tell if it's covered under warranty regardless of the part availability. I don't know anything...
People think because they hardly drive the vehicle that battery will last longer. That's not necessarily true. Even sitting the battery gets drained because of all the electronics these things have. If you got 4 years out of the battery without driving I'd say lucked out. Replace the battery
I bought my first ram which was an 11 in 2015. The purchase experience was fine but I never needed to use their service department. I bought my 21 new from a different dealer and they have been good. I brought I back for a couple warranty issues and they took care of them no problem. They did...
Did the dealer give you any type of warranty when you bought the truck? They should've given you something even if it was for a month or 90 days. Not sure about aftermarket warranties but I believe they consider it to be part of the power train coverage. If it's under the dealer supplied...
I didn't check to see how many gigs I had left but I know it's still recording. Not sure if it makes a difference but I have mine set to record 3 minute loops. I figure it's the middle of the settings and it should be able to pick up an incident no problem at 3 minutes
It's a good idea to check. I saw the post about it stopping the recording when the card was full so I decided to check the other day because i havent touch it in a couple of months. Mine is still working properly with the supplied SD card
Seriously though, I've wanted a simple dash cam for decades but I didn't want wires and suction cups stuck to the windshields of my vehicle's. When I found out about the fitcamx I just about jumped out of my shoe's with excitement. This is exactly what I've been waiting/looking for. It's simple...
I can see if you're constantly trying to download the clips it may be a bit of a pain but for occasional downloads I don't see it as a problem. After having installed mine several months ago and playing around with it because it's a new device I haven't had the need to download any clips so I...
If you're confident the fuses are good then start checking wires from the 7 pin connector. I've had a problem with a trailer I was towing where the it was a poor connection. I had to pinch the terminals a little for a better contact
The battery may have the voltage but it also needs amperage to function properly so a voltmeter isn't technically a battery test. The starters are also a fairly common problem too. Welcome to the forum by the way
