Parts and labor are covered under max care warranty. I’m simply playing devils advocate here.. so don’t take this the wrong way. only way I could see this coming back to bite you… is if they consider the rear window leak your fault…and not cover. Which…is BS and I think most/all of us would...

Did you show the the picture and results of the dye test? Silly question… but did you fill from the radiator cap or the overflow reservoir? Is there any chance this spot on the coolant neck was a result of spillage upon filling? Just trying to remove any reasoning from the dealer….

If you have MaxCare and you’re within the mileage/time limit of the warranty, it should be covered minus any deductibles. Upon diagnosis, you also get a credit towards a rental.. it’s not much, like $35 a day…of up to 7 days. Did you purchase the Max Care before the incident…or after? I...
