Looks like they used cheap double sided tape and not the 3M brand wonder if you could peel off the bad tape and use a better 3m industrial tape, its red in color and wicked strong. You could stick a brick to a wall and it will hold.

You know with all the warranty issues being reported for this, you would think a light bulb would go on and someone would do something about ti at the factory to stop the issue from happening. What is the repair, replace the whole window? or do they just seal it shut from outside or inside.

yes a slight hole so i cut a section of carpet from under the seat where it isn't seen and made my own plug and stuck it in the hole and put gorilla tape over the bottom of the plug to hold it in place.

soak the top of your truck or go through a car wash , just water jets no brushes and see if it leaks
