Done a bit of research here and there, seems like the opinion is split 50/50. Some think MDS will cause engine failure in the future and some say it doesnt. Do you guys drive with mds on or do you just buy an adapter to turn it off?

What lift are you running ? 3"?

Welp after driving around with it for 3 days and then taking the tb spacer off for the last 3 days I will say the 85mm definitely defeats the purpose of the 87mm ported tb ☠️ I know it was obvious but just wanted to test it. I can actually see the burn mark about 2mm around the 85mm tb spacer...

I just installed the throttle body spacer the other day too, and like you I also have the s&b cai, catback, and ported 87mm tb. I will be honest I did it initally to get that whistle sound but with my box currently plugged up due to the more hot weather it doesn't sound as loud as I was hoping...

Im assuming they switches between white and red depending on if youre breaking or reversing correct? I think i may go with the sport lol i dont want to blind people when i hit the break and i do a lot of night driving 😭

Anyone has these installed on a laramie? or prob a bighorn? i think theyre the same layout. I also have the side step thing that helps you get into the bed. Was wondering if that would cause an issue?

Still thinking about it because of the whole tune thing and i got like 30k more miles til my warranty is up LOL. I got to like next weekend to decide. Maybe if someone has kooks longtube can chime in i can get a better idea of which route to take

I got a receipt of it from when they flash my truck yesterday idk where I put it but it just stated that it apparently 'fix' the stalling at low speed and the update had to do with the drive train.

Ah okay! i was reading somewhere that said longtube will throw codes as well so you would req a tune after to get rid of it. Im also undecisive now.. consider kooks longtube as well with the green cats but theyre like 1k over 😩

Would i just visit my local performance shop and get them to tune it ? Or would one of them email tune work? :x

A bit late on this but did you install it with or without the plug ? I got mine without it on and I think maybe I should have it on just to minimize the hot air ☠️
